Mr. Yap is a Chartered Accountant (CA) of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants, Member of the Certified Practicing Accountant, Australia (CPA) and approved company auditor with over 10 years’ practical experience.

 

He is principally involved in Audit & Assurance and has extensive experience in property development, construction, manufacturing, trading, hospitality, gaming, and investment holding.

 

He has managed a portfolio of listed and non-listed statutory audit clients and special assignments, which include financial due diligence, investigation, preparation of accountants’ reports, and review of prospective financial information for submission to the relevant authorities for IPOs and corporate exercises.
